Does it cost anything to join?

No. Creating a Heart Is member account is free.

Which receipts count?

Receipts for home-improvement purchases and projects. Upload a clear photo in the app and our team reviews it before points are added.

How long does a receipt review take?

Receipts show as “pending” until they are reviewed. You will see the points in your balance as soon as yours is approved.

What happens if I miss a day of La Cadena?

Nothing is lost from your balance. You have up to 48 hours to add your next link; after that a new chain starts at day one.

Can Heart Points be exchanged for cash?

No. Heart Points are redeemed for rewards and marketplace items from Heart Is and its partners.

Where can I get the app?

Heart Is is live on the web at heartis-a3030.web.app, with Android coming to Google Play. You can also join the list below for launch news in your area.
