Heart Is™ and everything that makes it, from the name and the La Cadena™ network to the app, the website and the reward design, is the original work and property of Heart Is.
Notice of ownership. Heart Is, La Cadena, Heart Points, the Heart Is house-and-heart logo, the phrase “Home is where the Heart Is” and the Heart Is home-improvement rewards concept are owned by Heart Is. Nothing on this site or in the app gives anyone a license to copy, imitate or commercially use them.
1. Who owns Heart Is
Heart Is was founded by Blessed, and the Heart Is name, brand, concept, software, designs, text, graphics and data are owned by Heart Is and its founder. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
2. Trademarks
The following are trademarks of Heart Is. The ™ symbol marks them as claimed trademarks in use in commerce.
- Heart Is™Company, app and service name
- La Cadena™Partner rewards network and daily chain
- Heart Points™Member reward points
- House-and-heart logoHeart inside a house outline with location drop
- Home is where the Heart Is™Brand tagline
- Every home project should give back™Brand tagline
You may not use these names, logos or taglines, or anything confusingly similar, for any product, service, domain name, social account or business without written permission from Heart Is.
3. Copyright
The Heart Is app, website, source code, screens, layouts, illustrations, written content, reward rules and documentation are original works of authorship © 2026 Heart Is. All rights reserved. Their creation is recorded in dated version history.
4. The Heart Is concept and confidential information
Heart Is turns home-improvement spending into rewards that work across a chain of local businesses. The way Heart Is does this, including the La Cadena cross-business partner network, the daily chain and tier design, receipt verification flow, partner portal, business model, pricing, roadmap and partner and investor materials, is proprietary to Heart Is.
Business plans, financials, partner terms and technical details are shared only with people who have signed a non-disclosure agreement with Heart Is. Anyone who receives them agrees to keep them confidential and to use them only to evaluate working with Heart Is.
5. What you may and may not do
You may use the Heart Is website and app for their intended purpose: learning about Heart Is, joining as a member or partner, and earning and redeeming Heart Points.
You may not, without written permission:
- copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the site or app, including its design, text or screens;
- build, market or fund a product or service that imitates Heart Is, La Cadena or its reward design using materials or information obtained from Heart Is;
- decompile, reverse engineer or extract the source code or data of the app;
- use automated tools to collect content or data from the site or app;
- use the Heart Is names, logos or taglines in any way that suggests a connection with Heart Is.
6. Ideas and feedback
If you send Heart Is suggestions or ideas about the service, Heart Is may use them freely to improve Heart Is, with no obligation to you. Sending feedback does not give you any ownership in Heart Is.
7. Accounts and Heart Points
Membership is free. Heart Points are rewards, not money: they have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and are added or spent only by Heart Is servers after receipts and purchases are verified. Heart Is may remove points earned through fraud or duplicate receipts.
8. Privacy
Heart Is collects only what it needs to run your account: your name, email, receipt photos you upload, your points and activity, and, for partners, business details. Your receipts, points and history are visible only to you and to the Heart Is team that reviews receipts. Heart Is does not sell your personal information. To see, correct or delete your data, email blessed.ballard-whitaker@heartis.biz.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: open Profile, tap Delete my account and confirm with your password. This permanently removes your sign-in, profile, Heart Points, La Cadena chain, receipts and receipt photos. Records of past partner rewards are kept for accounting with your name and email removed. If you can't open the app, email blessed.ballard-whitaker@heartis.biz from your account email and we'll delete it within 30 days.
9. Reporting copying or misuse
If you see the Heart Is name, logo, concept or content used without permission, please tell us at blessed.ballard-whitaker@heartis.biz. Heart Is will enforce its rights.
10. Licensing, partnerships and changes
To ask about licensing, partnerships or investment, email blessed.ballard-whitaker@heartis.biz. Heart Is may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
